Founded by one of the UK’s first certified Mental Health and Exercise Coaches and Personal Trainers, this 12 week personal training programme with a difference is the reason Feel Good Coach was created.

Focusing on five key areas; exercise, nutrition, work/ life balance, recovery and mind-set, Body.Mind.Fit is a wellness programme like no other, designed for anyone and everyone regardless of age or gender wanting to make a transformation that is more than just skin deep but life changing.
